Hello, I have been a bedside nurse since 2009. I started my journey as a LPN while working at Mosaic Life Care. Since 2009, I have earned my RN, BSN with years of experience on the Cardiovascular Step Down Unit, EMS, Intensive Care Unit, and assisted in opening a private vein clinic with one of my favorite cardio thoracic surgeons, Dr. Michael Nellestein. The nursing profession is beautiful because there are so many opportunities for growth and finding passion in ways you never thought you would. For me, I have found my passion in leadership of nursing. I wanted to make a difference in more ways than the bedside, and mentor those to love the healthcare profession as much as I do. I want to inspire those I mentor find their passion and voice in healthcare. Which lead me to furthering my education in Masters in Leadership of Nursing and Masters of Business Administration and becoming the Clinical Practice Manager of Mosaic Urgent Care in 2021. I love the journey I am on and the ride has been beautiful 🫶
