I am a graduate of Miami University Farmer School of Business as a Real Estate Major. From my coursework I am proficient in Excel, Financial Modeling and Forecasting, SQL, and Geographic Information Systems.Over the last few years, I was blessed to be given the opportunity to Intern at NAI Pleasant Valley Corporation in Independence, OH. During this time I assisted Commercial Real Estate Brokers and a Property Manager with Sale Comps reports, Property Showings, Customer Relations, and most valuable of all, shadowing successful Brokers with in-depth experience and expertise of not only the Cleveland Real Estate market but the Commercial Real Estate Industry as a whole. Moving forward, I am currently obtaining my real estate license in an effort to become an Associate Broker with NAI’s brokerage team. Other notable work experiences include interning with Everest Realty Group and working for The Ladder Company as a Company Representative and Maintenance specialist.The leadership positions at Miami University and my unique work experience in the Real Estate industry have given me valuable insights and skills to prepare myself for a successful career. However, I am far from finished learning.
