Before books became my focus, I spent two decades as a strategist and fractional COO, helping entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and legacy brands navigate growth and reinvention. I’ve led marketing for a Four-Diamond resort, designed emergency training programs with the FAA and NTSB, and guided organizations through brand pivots, operational overhauls, and expansion. I also serve as Vice President of Operations at the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce, where I lead with a relationship-first mindset and a commitment to visibility, community, and meaningful connections. All of these experiences fuel my writing. They taught me how to imagine what’s possible, build what matters, and become who I am, the same journey I now invite my readers, writers, and clients to take with me.
