I’m a public health professional with a mission to make the workplace a healthier, more engaging place for everyone. Whether it’s through improving employee wellbeing, fostering stronger workplace cultures, or streamlining behind-the-scenes processes, I believe that health starts where we live and work—and that systems should support people, not the other way around. In my role as a Document Management Administrator, I oversee the organization, accuracy, and accessibility of a vast array of healthcare documents ensuring brokers, clients, and teams have the right information at the right time. It’s a role that requires precision, structure, and a deep understanding of how documentation supports real people making important health decisions. With a background in workplace engagement and employee health, I see the big picture and the small details. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between process and people—and believe even the most technical roles can have a real impact on wellbeing. My ideal day is one where I get to bring order to complexity, clarity to confusion, and a little humanity to health systems.
