Background

About Meagan Gregorczyk

I blend the art of engagement and workforce development with the science of operational rigor to drive impact, challenge the status quo, and guide organizations through change. With a background in Sales and a long career building next-gen talent pipelines for firebrands such as Amazon, Google, and ServiceNow, I'm heavily focused on results - not performative "best practice." As an Executive Chair with the Future Talent Council, a Stockholm-based think tank, I help members navigate the intersection of workforce communication, AI strategy, and globalization. I also frequently keynote at universities and conferences, seeking to serve as an ambassador of opportunity, hope, and growth for the next generation of talent. Outside of work you'll find me rock hunting in Pescadero, binging Hitchcock movies, or volunteering in equine therapy at Stanford’s Webb Ranch.
