About Meagan Tibbits

A Public Health Professional with over five years of public sector experience, proficient in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, problem solving and analytical thinking. My roles within the public sector have provided vast opportunities to enhance my skill set and develop new, transferable skills desirable for public and private sector positions. I have first hand experience facilitating large meetings and events, conducting literature reviews, environmental scans and primary research to develop evidence-informed reports, briefing notes, council reports and presentations on various topics in order to implement interventions and policies at the population level. I've conducted needs assessments and quantitative and qualitative population based research to gain valuable insight into those whom I serve, and made recommendations to executive leadership and council on how to implement this research into practice. I am passionate about health equity, vulnerable populations and developing a healthier tomorrow both within our public sector to promote population health, as well as within our private sector, to ensure organizations have the capability to target their desired population and earn top notch results.
