As an account manager at The Claflin Company, I have over 12 years of experience in medical sales, serving customers in the higher education sector. I have a master's degree in educational administration and a bachelor's degree in physical education from Hofstra University, which enable me to understand the needs and challenges of my clients and provide them with customized solutions.I started my career at The Claflin Company as an inventory control specialist, where I learned the business from the ground up, managing inventory, customer service, and on-site materials. I then moved to the account manager role, where I developed long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiated contracts, and increased sales revenue. I work with a team of professionals who share my passion for delivering quality products and services to the education industry. I also leverage my coaching and teaching skills to train and mentor new hires and existing staff.
