I’m a manufacturing supply chain and procurement professional with over 10 years of experience supporting production environments and new product introductions. My career has been built inside plastics manufacturing, where keeping materials flowing and preventing downtime isn’t theoretical — it’s daily operations.In my current role as an NPI Buyer, I coordinate closely with engineering, program management, suppliers, and plant operations to ensure materials, tooling, and components are available when production needs them. I manage purchase orders, monitor supplier commitments, expedite shortages, and troubleshoot delivery or quality issues before they impact the plant. A large part of my job is problem solving quickly — finding alternate sources, arranging emergency shipments, and keeping launches on schedule.Previously, I supported program management during product launches, tracking milestones, communicating status across departments, and helping transition new products from development into production. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how engineering, operations, and supply chain must work together for a successful launch.I’m known for responsiveness, organization, and clear communication with both vendors and internal teams.
