I am devoted to helping those that suffer from mental, emotional and sexual abuse to overcome these deep, ingrained tramas to be able to live in a thriving world now. Having overcome deep depression, mental and emotional abuse, I know exactly what it is like to feel stuck and alone! And finding a way to successfully escape from a high controlling environment (I.e. a cult) and learn to find release from Narcissistic relationships, is not easy to overcome! It is a dark, lonely and difficult path to finding full recovery and finally achieving a way to live a thriving life! It is my aim to help you find your path, with a more concise road to follow than just blindly figuring it out on your own. From the inside out, I want to help you blossom in your health, become physically better, mentally and emotionally stable and thriving, because you ARE completely worth it! We are all interconnected, and if your thinking is not in line with your body, you will be unable to improve your life in the areas you so desire. I am focused on teaching you how to reconnect with your true self and it is my passion to guide you into an empowered life! I am dedicated to helping you see your power inside yourself to become the person you really are deep down inside. My goal is to one day have someone say,'because of you, my life is better.' I love what personal development has been able to accomplish for me, to become more positive and it is my goal to be able to inspire others to do more for themselves as well! I desire each of you to learn from what others have already learned to better yourself daily!
