I’m a Quality Assurance Associate Associate with Executives in Africa, an award-winning team of Search Experts focused purely on Senior Executive positions based across Africa. Our multilingual team boasting French, Portuguese, Arabic and Amharic have worked on over mandates in 42 countries since 2010. Interested in hearing more about what we do? Our search methodology comprises an 8-step process, with additional assessment options also available. We proactively access candidates in the market, thoroughly assess them, and then partner with our clients to advise throughout the interview process and the subsequent appointment. With an extensive global network, combined with our understanding of recruiting into local markets in Africa, we offer an unrivalled ability to deliver our clients’ needs for hiring C-level and senior executives. We have experience hiring local African candidates, Africans in the Diaspora, and expatriates, where required. 79% of our placed leaders are African nationals, and 30% of these are women.
