Over 16 years experience of testing 3-tier, web-based Timekeeping/Payroll/Workforce Management application developed in an agile environment using both feature driven development (FDD) and Scrum processes, testing of a 3-tier web-based customized invoice factoring and account management banking application developed in an agile environment using Scrum processes. Over 4 years experience testing a financial accounting and customized banking desktop application. Proficient in creating, maintaining and manual execution of test cases for black box testing to be used during testing strategies such as functional, usability, smoke, system, and regression testing. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle. Knowledgeable and have working experience with various test management, version control, automation and defect tracking tools. Strong background in analysis and problem solving. Detailed-oriented and has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
