I am a flexible and dependable Production Supervisor with 14 years of hands on experience in a manufacturing environment with a positive attitude and commitment to safety, quality, customer service and lean manufacturing. My passions are to apply a positive attitude to everything that I do and to make work enjoyable - you improve production rates if your employees are happy to be at work and feel like they are a part of the team and that they are important, needed and respected for their input and for the job(s) that they perform. I do not ask my employees to perform jobs that I would not do myself. I have the ability to organize, direct, mentor, coach and schedule 25 -30 (and up to 200) employees to meet production schedules and deliveries. I am highly motivated to exceed customer expectations. I am able to quickly gain software expertise, a innovative thinker with talent to resolve problems and very eager to tackle new challenges. I have never failed at anything that I have ever done, I have learned to listen to what people say and apply a common-sense approach to learn from it and from this I believe that it has allowed to be able to better myself in what ever I have done over the years. I want to work for a company that respects and cares for each other because I believe that cooperative team effort and dedication are essential to a continuous growth for any company.
