About Mecia Thomas

I am a dynamic and versatile professional with a passion for both the creative and administrative fields. Holding a BA Hons in Theatre Dance Performance, I have had the privilege of performing as a professional dancer across the UK and internationally, a journey that has honed my discipline, adaptability, and dedication. Through my years of experience in performance, I’ve learned to thrive in fast-paced environments, approach challenges with enthusiasm, and lead with confidence. With over 9 years of administrative experience, I have developed strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. I excel in fast-paced settings and pride myself on my ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes, particularly in data entry and using Microsoft Office tools to enhance workflow efficiency. In addition to my administrative expertise, I bring a wealth of experience as a dance instructor, offering tuition in all major dance styles. Since 2014, I have specialised in creating bespoke Wedding First Dance choreography, helping couples create lasting memories. As a certified yoga instructor since 2018, I focus on Power Vinyasa, with a specialisation in pregnancy and post-natal yoga, helping individuals foster both physical strength and mental well-being. My diverse skill set enables me to bridge the gap between creativity and efficiency, and I am always seeking opportunities to grow, connect, and collaborate in both the dance and wellness industries.
