As per my current working experience with IGNOU University, I am doing with my best efforts as per my job profile/skills: 1. Effective liaise with various department at different levels. 2.Communicate with various students through telephonically, email & postal. 3.Independently handle all the required communication & correspondence. 4.Preparation of various MIS report as per need. 5.Study on latest development and use it effectively as per the need to handle imported documentation as & when required. 6.Mentor the vision of University, seek ways to optimize and entrance the student support centre. 7.To be able to prepare meeting agenda circulating and follow up with all the departments of IGNOU. 8.Managing the meeting calendar –daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. 9.Assisting to the students comes from the various regions and counseling the student queries. 10.Able to develop the brand plan and propose various strategies required to improve the corporate policy. 11.Maintenance the employees relations with effective decision. 12.Good knowledge of documentation, self starter, and able to perform with minimum supervision. 13.Excellent rearming & analytical skills with exceptional talent for problem solving through logical thought processes. 14.Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. 15.High on Integrity. 16.Pleasant personality. 17.Very organized, with strong ability to multi-task as well as be a strong communicator. 18.Good learner updated about the latest trend and development. 19.Good Computer knowledge & Internet Savvy.
