It is an indication that your learning hasn’t stopped and you always strive to become a better version of yourself each day. The first thought strike my mind is, I love building lasting relationships with people around me and I enjoy a good collaborative way of working. Albert Einstein’s words have always inspired me that “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.” I love Scrum because it is founded on experimentation - where knowledge comes from experience and making decisions based on what is known. It fits very well with the way I think, reason, and communicate with everyone around me. And the best part you are able to contribute back to the team or community, the chance to motivate others to do their best work and cultivate the ability in others to adapt to change.
