My expertise in key sectors of local economic ecosystems is grounded in concrete actions, such as my participation in major professional events like SIAL (agri-food), Cosmetic 360 (cosmetics), and Vivatech (innovation and technology). These experiences have enabled me to develop an in-depth understanding of economic dynamics and the challenges unique to each sector. When managing my portfolio of prospects, I focus on creating qualified and targeted databases to meet the specific needs of niche markets, such as healthtech. For example, my participation in the SantExpo trade show allowed me to identify strategic opportunities and successfully support the establishment of Doctreen in the Occitanie region, thanks to rigorous prospecting and personalized follow-up efforts. I pay close attention to the needs of my stakeholders. For instance, during discussions with a biotech start-up, I analyzed their key criteria (proximity to health clusters, availability of facilities tailored to biotech) and successfully referred their request to Genopole. At the same time, I assess potential risks, such as the mismatch between project requirements and the characteristics of the targeted territories. This approach has sometimes led me to propose more strategic alternatives for certain projects.
