About Meera Hari

I’m a strategic HR Business Partner with 3+ years of experience enabling people strategy, driving HR transformation, and shaping performance and talent programs across dynamic, fast-paced environments. My journey into HR was preceded by 6+ years in structural engineering — a space that sharpened my ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead with precision, and execute under pressure. These experiences built a strong foundation for the collaborative, outcome-focused, and scalable solutions I bring to the HR domain today.I love the process of diving into data — finding patterns, asking better questions, and turning insights into action. It’s my version of storytelling. Whether solving for attrition, building performance frameworks, or enabling talent growth, I rely on data as a compass to inform decisions and drive meaningful impact. My expertise spans performance enablement, talent development, DEI initiatives, HR operations, and culture-building — combining structure, empathy, and innovation. I thrive on simplifying complexity, co-creating solutions with leaders, and building workplaces where both people and businesses grow.
