About Meeri Filppula

In my current job, I am responsible for the quality of Body Manufacturing (Body in white + Paint Shop) and its development. I make sure that the latest instructions are in production, the operations are done with the agreed methods, Audits and the answers given to them. My current team consists of 11 experts, each of whom has own special area of responsibility. As Production Manager my responsibilities were for the comprehensive operation of the assembly department in my shift and I act as a supervisor responsible for the area supervisors, guide and support them in their work. As senior supervisor at paint shop my job responsibilities included various development activities in the areas, staff competence development, personnel management issues and occupational safety. My subordinates worked in several different shifts and were mainly responsible for the robotic operation of our Department. I was also responsible for the training of new supervisors, as well as for the replacement of production supervisors. About me: I am interested in the development of the team and in leading and developing myself. Seeing different successes and personal developments motivates me. I am also very interested in various psychological topics and their impact and prevalence in work communities. My strengths include great motivation to succeed in my work and bring about change in the desired direction. In addition, I am versatile, because I quickly learn new things that I didn't have a lot of knowledge about before.
