I have a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba, where I learned the fundamentals of HR practices, policies, and legislation. I had past experience working as a HR with companies like Canadian Locator Inc / Rona / Lowes / IMS. In my role, I work with the HR team and the management to handle employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, and health and safety. I also have experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, for various positions and levels. I have strong skills in human resources, recruiting, and multi-tasking, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different stakeholders, industries, and candidates in my previous roles. I am always eager to learn new things, improve my skills, and contribute to the organization's goals and vision.
