About Meg Bartley

With over 10 years of experience in the lacrosse and non-profit sectors, I am a passionate and versatile operations manager who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments. My mission is to support and empower organizations that are working to create a more equitable and sustainable future for all. At Our Climate, I leverage my skills and expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ), budgeting, fundraising, and program development to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and vision. As the operations manager at Our Climate since April 2022, I have been responsible for conducting hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes, executing DEIJ practices into all new strategies, systems, and processes, assisting with the development of new organizational policies, supporting the development of annual operational budgets and grant spending, and assisting the executive director and other managers in creating and executing fundraising plans. I have also applied my skills in non-profit event management, and mentoring to enhance the quality and impact of Our Climate's programs and services.
