As a people leader and consultant, I’ve worked across high-growth startups, healthcare, and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in candidate experience, DEI, innovative sourcing, and employer branding. In 2018, I took a leap of faith into the entertainment industry to rediscover my own joy—within six months, I was featured on a Times Square billboard. With 35+ credits to my name, I continue to thrive as a commercial actress and host. In 2024, my passion for talent acquisition was reignited after consulting with Midi Health. As a Recruiting Operations Manager, I am proud to contribute to a purpose-driven organization that is dedicated to closing the critical care gap in women's health. The goal is to ensure we attract and retain top talent by building a dedicated team that is passionate about improving women's health outcomes. Through streamlined recruitment processes and operational efficiency, i'm excited to help drive Midi's health mission forward, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to make a lasting impact on the healthcare landscape.
