With over 10 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing, I am a passionate and results-driven leader who excels in building high-performance teams, fostering strong relationships, and creating sales strategies and marketing campaigns for success. As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Generations, LLC, I oversee 11 communities and lead a team of Sales Directors who drive sales performance and census growth across the portfolio. One of my core strengths lies in maximizing conversion rates and lead generation. I have increased lead generation by 77% and census growth by 10% from 2020 to 2023, by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and data insights, and by devising effective sales processes and campaigns. I also collaborate with HR, Senior Executive Directors, and external agencies to ensure the recruitment, training, support, and supervision of the sales and marketing team. In addition, I manage the advertising and media buys, oversee the sales and marketing reporting, and supervise the creative processes for branding, websites, and collateral for the communities.
