Leveraging a PhD in health services research and extensive experience leading analytics teams, I execute data-driven strategies to promote responsible innovation, drive efficiency and deliver top line results. A trusted partner to external clients,(including payers, providers and life sciences companies), as well as internal business leaders, I am known for my ability to simplify and translate sophisticated analytic results into successful solutions. My areas of expertise include life sciences consulting, health economics and outcomes research, real world evidence generation, primary data collection, data privacy, and applications of AI in healthcare. As a P&L owner, I excel at applying existing resources and capabilities to address unmet market needs and drive profitable growth. As a leader, I am transparent, thoughtful and supportive—inspiring teams to tackle stretch goals and go outside their comfort zone.
