About Meg Haggitt

My desire to serve others in both the pursuit of scientific knowledge or business growth drives my diverse work and interests. Mentoring and coaching hold a strong place in all my work as I believe if we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us then we can accomplish more utilizing their past experiences. From an academic to an entrepreneur, I have found incredible mentors to build my skills and continue to passionately pursue skill development as a lifelong learner. As Simon Sinek might say, I am in it for the "infinite game" not the "finite game", and look to positively impact or empower those I come in contact with. For me, my work is also my play, as there is nothing more fulfilling than having chance to learn and be part of someone else's story. My focus is passionately aimed to all things health, wellness, physiology, mindset, psychology, genetics, biochemistry, nutrition and overall well-being, as I believe these are the keys to experiencing life fully and pursue what you love in amazing ways.
