I'm a recent science graduate who completed an Honours year investigating the intricate crosstalk between the brain and lungs in the context of pulmonary fibrosis. Currently, I work as a Research Assistant in the Mucosal Immunology Research Group, where I contribute to advancing our understanding of immune responses at mucosal surfaces. Beyond the lab, I’m passionate about making science more accessible and engaging for everyone. I believe that scientific discoveries shouldn’t stay locked behind paywalls or jargon—they should inspire, inform, and empower the public. I’m especially interested in science communication and in bridging the gap between complex research and everyday understanding.
