About Meg Polacsek

While my career path has not been linear, my qualifications, skills and experience set me apart in any role I undertake. After several years in corporate communications and stakeholder management roles, I redirected my career into ageing and aged care, where I worked in policy, advocacy, research and communications. Each role required the highest integrity, accuracy and flexibility. Rather than compartmentalising my skills and experiences, I am looking for a role that allows me to utilise my combination of- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including high level writing skills - Data collection, analysis and reporting skills that underpin my work with high quality evidence - Strong skills in project planning, delivery and evaluation - Positive and constructive evidence-based advocacy - Planning, delivering and evaluating training and tailoring presentations to different audiences - Applying the principles of implementation science to support adoption, evaluation and sustainability of evidence in real world settings
