About Meg Prado

Meg Prado, M.D, MBA, FAAP, is the President of the Women’s and Children’s Services at Envision Physician Services. Dr. Prado joined Envision Healthcare (formerly Sheridan Healthcare) in 2001 and became Vice president of the Women’s and Children’s service line in 2016. Before that, she served as the Medical Director of the NICU at St Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Dr. Prado received a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Miami. She received her Medical Degree also from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in General Pediatrics followed by a Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. She was the recipient of an NIH training grant and conducted a year of basic science research in the area of Molecular Biology in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Prado is Board-Certified in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 2019, Dr. Prado received an MBA degree at Auburn University's Harbert School of Business.
