As a leader I stand out by providing a world class customer experience and a fun yet high-performing work environment. My passion for elevating those around me has resulted in turning around under performing stores both financially and visually. I am adept at assessing business needs and trends to create SMART business plans that close financial gaps and increase productivity and efficiency. To sum me up in a short time, I love interacting with and meeting new people especially if it's to take on a new challenge. I have a huge heart for animals ( especially cats ) and enjoy losing myself in a blank canvas and a set of paints. I tend to bring out the best in people and am optimistic, patient and kind.
