Beyond those big details, here are the bigger small details: I work with those who are also engaged in finding worth in their own work. I love to team with those people, as they are partnering with me, one who is always wanting to learn as I work with a team that grows through mastering what they know while jumping into a freezing pool of the unknown, which will be made their own down the road. As much as we say work should not be personal, it is big in life. Being a part of a team that jumps in to master the unknown fun. that sounds like big personal happiness to me!
