About Meg Tiffany

In 2006, a doctor asked me a life-changing question:"Why are you pursuing medicine to please others instead of following your own passions?" That conversation led me from the medical field to graphic design, where I discovered the beautiful intersection of art and communication—creating connections through visual storytelling. After building my foundation in Fort Wayne, I spent nearly a decade traveling the country, working with amazing humans and searching for authentic leadership and collaborative culture that spoke to my soul. In San Francisco, I had my breakthrough: realizing that others' success mattered infinitely more than my own portfolio. And that's when my leadership journey truly began. Eventually, that journey brought me back to the Midwest as Agency Director at Britton, where I'm apprenticing under one of its founders, the incredible Sue Britton. She's built something extraordinary—an agency where respect, empathy, and collaboration are lived values, not just words. Fort Wayne is home now, but my heart carries lessons from every place that shaped who I've become as a leader.
