About Mega Arnidya

I’m Mega (also known as Mpokgaga), an Author and Creative Strategist with over 15 years of experience in creative marketing, brand building, and digital strategy across diverse industries. My work sits at the intersection of identity, emotion, and direction. I help individuals, communities, and brands untangle complex stories into something honest, grounded, and human — because the most sustainable strategies are built on clarity, not performance. Alongside my professional work, I write and publish under my creative persona, Ega Mpokgaga. My books and ongoing writing explore emotional survival, inherited patterns, grief, and the long work of becoming — shaped by lived experience, long-term therapy, and cultural roots. This work later evolved into Amygdala Universe and the Achework journaling series, created as quiet tools for reflection rather than quick fixes. I also draw insight from place-based observation and movement — as a Google Local Guide Level 8, slow traveler, and someone deeply connected to Javanese cosmology and disciplined physical practice through Muay Thai.
