My extensive experience in the UN system, combined with my ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, has enabled me to drive evidence-based decision-making and promote sustainable development. Currently, I serve as an Evaluation and Research Officer at the Palladium - INOVASI Phase in Indonesia. My role involves managing SDGs data, conducting data analyses, and leading the development of comprehensive reports to enhance transparency and accountability. With expertise in Results-Based Management (RBM), I have facilitated over numerous capacity-building sessions on gender mainstreaming, Theory of Change, and LNOB principles. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to advancing inclusive and equitable policies through data-driven strategies.
