About Mega Sari

I’m passionate about people and the impact they have on an organization’s success. Since 2018, I’ve built my career in Human Resources, starting as a recruiter and growing through roles in generalist functions, training & development, and ultimately being promoted to HR Supervisor. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with both state-owned and international companies, including PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero), Jakarta Duty Free (PT Aura Cantik), Katadata Indonesia, and PT Total Movements International. These diverse environments have helped shape a well-rounded understanding of HR from both strategic and operational perspectives. As an HR professional, I believe that our role is not just about policies and processes — it’s about enabling people to thrive and aligning talent with business goals.
