I am currently working as part of the purchasing team with Dornan engineering in Ireland. For the last two years, I worked with Dornan Engineering in the Netherlands as a site administrator. I graduated from a Masters in Human Resource Management from Cork Institute of Technology in 2020. Before that, I completed my Bachelors degree in University College Cork in Early Years and Childhood Studies. During my masters, I conducted primary research in order to answer my research question for my Masters Dissertation, “Is there a relationship between employee age and personal adaptability to organizational change in the service industry in Ireland?”.
