About Megan Bayles

Once upon a time there was a small-town girl with some pretty big dreams; dreams of making a difference in the world with her words, actions and life's work. Hey there! I'm Megan Bayles and I am that girl. Dedicated, determined and down right driven to achieve success in all that I do, I'm constantly striving to better myself and the world around me. For the past year, I've been working as a Marketing Coordinator at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, where I contribute my skills and ideas to both the public relations and social media teams. Prior to joining Dogfish Head, I worked as a Public Relations and Marketing Graduate Assistant at West Virginia Univeristy while earning my Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. My diverse educational background and myriad of divergent occupational experiences have given me a unique perspective on life and its professional sphere. With a mindset focused on continual growth, I'm always searching to expand my network, enhance my skillset, and gain wisdom and knowledge from those around me. Take a look at my profile. I'd love to hear what you think!
