I started my career under the direction of a few outstanding mentors in the restaurant industry. I learned the in and outs of the restaurant business; hospitality, operations management, rebranding, building a menu, food safety and rotation, time management, and teamwork.While I was enrolled in online courses for medical assisting, I began working in a home for individuals with disabilities. This opened the door to a medical transcription position at my local hospital. I developed incredible critical thinking skills, writing skills, speed, and proficiency. I recorded all medical notes into the medical record of patients in the emergency department on behalf of the physician (on-site). Working as the doctor's right-hand man enriched my medical knowledge, research thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am looking to open my network and discover new professional opportunities that would highlight my skills and allow me to learn something new.
