About Megan Bryant

My passions are education and behavior. I am a proponent for finding meaningful behavior solutions in all classrooms, schools, and districts. I am grateful to be exposed to numerous schools and environments to support increased cultural awareness and belonging. Education is in a unique space, but I am excited to continue to survey schools for needs, work with administrators, empower educators, and contribute to innovative solutions for the growth of our current and future educators. I feel incredibly fortunate to share my experience and knowledge, as well as learn and grow from the individuals I work with. Specialties: grant writing, behavior analysis, differentiation, technology, conflict resolution, Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, social emotional learning, positive behavior support, reading Intervention, new teacher supports, administrative guidance, school-wide systems of support, targeted systematic review, relationship building, and more. My current role has allowed me to see the limitless ways I can support and inform school and personnel growth.
