About Megan Buttle

I’m a strategist and operator who thrives in complexity — the person leaders rely on when something isn’t working and needs to be rebuilt to last. Throughout my career, I’ve advised CEOs, boards, and senior teams through periods of growth, restructuring, and transformation. I help organizations clarify what matters, align their people and systems around it, and build the momentum to actually get there. My approach combines strategic insight, operational discipline, and a genuine commitment to developing teams — because even the best strategy fails without a team that believes in it. As President of Earnscliffe’s Data, Digital & Design practice, I grew a multidisciplinary service line into a national, high-performing operation with a strong culture of collaboration and results. Along the way, I’ve built teams that outperform because they trust one another, and I’ve learned that the real work of leadership is equal parts vision and repair — knowing when to fix, when to coach, and when to step back so others can lead
