I’m a passionate and driven higher education professional with over a decade of experience in admissions, recruitment, CRM administration, and leadership—spanning both public and private sectors. My career reflects a strong commitment to student success, data-informed strategy, and team development. I currently serve as a Supervisor of Employee Services at Koch Technology, where I lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborative, outcomes-based work environments. Previously, I worked at Kansas State University Global Campus as the Director of Recruitment, where I built and implemented strategic enrollment plans, supervised a high-performing team, and served as the CRM administrator for both Salesforce and Slate. Before that, I spent nearly eight years at Butler Community College, where I held multiple roles including Admissions Counselor, System Admin, and Research Analyst. I’ve led CRM implementations and integrations (Ellucian Recruit, Act-On, Banner), designed multi-step communications workflows, trained staff, and presented research at state and national conferences. I hold three degrees from Fort Hays State University—an M.S. in Higher Education Student Affairs, an M.P.S. in Organizational Leadership, and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership—as well as an A.S. in Liberal Arts from Butler Community College. Outside of work, I’ve served in leadership roles for the Kansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (KACRAO), including President, VP for Professional Development, and Technology Coordinator.
