About Megan Cornall

With over five years of progressive experience in the water and climate change sector, I am passionate about creating and facilitating innovative learning opportunities for young professionals who want to make a positive impact on the environment and society. As the Water Innovation Lab & Network Lead at Waterlution Canada, I apply my skills and knowledge in climate adaptation, leadership, and collaboration to design and deliver engaging and impactful programs across the country. In my current role, I lead on the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Water Innovation Lab programs, which train participants on emerging and innovative strategies to address water-related challenges, such as coastal erosion, species impacts, the water-energy-food nexus, and flooding. I also establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations, community members, participants, and other internal and external contacts, ensuring that the programs are responsive, relevant, and inclusive. Additionally, I conduct data analysis and grant reporting, and contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, and learning of the projects. Through my work, I aim to empower and inspire the next generation of water leaders who can collaborate across sectors and disciplines to create sustainable solutions for the water and climate crisis.
