I thrive in collaborative environments and take pride in creating meaningful experiences that bring people together and drive growth. As an award-winning leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, I’ve had the privilege of launching two identity-based employee resource groups and developing impactful training programs that foster belonging and understanding. I enjoy working closely with individuals at all levels—including senior executives—to build connections and drive positive change. What motivates me most is finding better ways to support people and improve processes. Whether it's designing a new initiative or refining an existing one, I’m always looking for thoughtful, innovative solutions that make a difference.
