About Megan Finger

I serve as a Traffic Manager at an advertising agency that specializes in serving funeral homes. In this role, I ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, invoices are thoroughly reviewed before payment is issued, and communication flows smoothly across teams. I coordinate with managers in seven states, including regional leaders, to deliver consistent, high-quality results. I also work closely with a variety of vendors nationwide who play a vital role in delivering impactful advertising for our clients. My career path has been diverse and deeply rewarding. I spent seven years as a nanny for a special needs child, providing daily care and transportation to and from physical and occupational therapy sessions. Following that, I spent nine years in education, where I actively contributed to my school's rigorous accreditation process—an experience that sharpened my skills in documentation, compliance, and team collaboration. Known for my strong attention to detail and organization, I bring clarity and structure to busy, fast-moving projects. I manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep communication flowing smoothly. I rely on spreadsheets to keep projects organized and ensure every detail is accounted for. Additionally, each year, I lead an internal initiative to coordinate a seminar featuring a globally renowned grief counselor, bringing meaningful support to those we serve. I’ve had the privilege of attending one of these sessions myself, deepening my connection to the compassionate mission behind our work.
