I specialize in bridging strategy and execution — translating business needs into scalable processes, systems, and behaviors that drive measurable results. My work has spanned supply chain optimization, planning and allocation, ERP system implementations, and large-scale change management initiatives across brands like adidas, Columbia Sportswear, Michael Kors, and Ralph Lauren. As a consultant with Columbus Consulting International and through my own firm, I help organizations deliver future-ready operations through process design, technology enablement, and effective adoption strategies. Beyond my consulting work, I’m also the co-founder of GenXWoman, a platform and community dedicated to empowering Gen X women through storytelling, connection, and reinvention. Additionally, I'm deeply committed to lifting up the next generation of women leaders.
