About Megan Gee

With five years of experience in the housing sector, I am passionate about making a positive impact in social housing through effective resident engagement and communication. Over the past two years, I have specialised in resident engagement, working closely with social housing residents to ensure their voices are heard and play a pivotal role in shaping the services and policies that affect them. I have developed a strong skill set in presenting, writing detailed reports, creating impactful presentations, and facilitating large-scale events. My experience has equipped me to foster meaningful conversations between residents and service providers, ensuring that policies and services are responsive to the real needs of communities. I am driven by the belief that collaboration and transparency are key to creating sustainable, inclusive housing environments, and I’m committed to continuing to support residents in shaping the future of housing.
