About Megan Gordon

I am an IT Manager for ServiceNow with the State of Utah and an integrative fitness coach with an emphasis on functional anatomy with my own company, Integrative Movement LLC. I love helping people reach their goals while facilitating solutions that work for them. As an IT Manager, I lead a team of ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects. Team comradery and cohesion are my top focus and priority, and I couldn't be more privileged to be leading such a strong and amazing IT team. We work together to provide value and efficiency for state users of ServiceNow. We are quickly adapting to best practices for ServiceNow product standardization for the State of Utah. As a fitness coach, I measure every muscle in the body to identify which muscles are long and weak, short and tight, lumbopelvic relationship and region, spinal curvature, and cranial placement. I then design programs that focus on correcting postural syndromes, activating the inner unit musculature and treating the client's specific musculoskeletal needs to bring the structure of the body back into alignment. From there work on gaining strength and endurance.
