Remote from Gold Mountain, Idaho, I support the brilliant design team at Selman, our Brooklyn-based creative studio, through a blend of people operations and creative operations. My focus is on building systems where creativity thrives, processes are humane, and collaboration is joyful. With over a decade of experience in design leadership, I specialize in creating thoughtful structures that foster clarity, inclusion, and a culture of helpfulness. I’ve led operational strategy for long-term engagements with Google’s Creative Lab, produced a Webby-winning experience for Peace Post (a global traveling peace exhibit), and helped rebrand the world’s largest cathedral, marrying backend brilliance with front-end beauty.
