I am a skilled and passionate occupational therapist with a solid background in analyzing the capabilities and expectations of a client through observation, interviews and formal assessments. I am experienced at developing client-centred treatment plans in collaboration with the family, based on sound clinical reasoning, judgement and evidence-based practice. I also have expertise in consulting and advising parents and teachers on promoting optimal early childhood development to maximise independent functioning across a range of contexts. I am capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced therapeutic environment, utilizing advanced organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills. My past role as clinical director of a busy multidisciplinary pediatric practice allowed me to oversee practice operations with meticulous attention to detail and administrative expertise, devise strategies and plans for excellent service delivery and practice growth, and build strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
