Healthcare cost, and access to quality providers, are some of the biggest concerns for Americans, and employee benefits are one of the biggest employer expenses. I've spent my career learning the employer healthcare market and working with clients to develop and implement solutions to allow them take control of their healthcare spend while balancing the employee experience, attracting talent, and improving retention. I consult closely with HR leaders on all aspects of employee benefits, including strategic benefit planning, vendor selection, risk mitigation, ERISA and ACA compliance, and employee education and communication. USI is a leading national insurance brokerage and consulting firm delivering customized employee benefit, property and casualty, personal risk, and retirement solutions throughout the United States. I have access to a proprietary platform that integrates data analytics, networked resources and benchmarking to develop customized strategies and solutions for my clients. I also oversee implementation of program changes to ensure vendors are held accountable on deliverables and services, and assist the HR team with refinements based on employee feedback.
