About Megan Keating

I’m a junior at Penn State University, majoring in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business, passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and making a meaningful impact in every role I take on.This past summer, I served as a Corporate Fellow at Marriott International Headquarters in the Performance Accountability department, gaining firsthand insight into how strategic initiatives shape operations at the property level. My earlier on-property experience taught me that every guest interaction matters and that attention to detail can turn an ordinary stay into an unforgettable one.Currently, I work as a Program Specialist with Marriott International’s Performance Accountability team, continuing to support their initiatives and drive results. In addition, I serve as a Campus Ambassador with Marriott International, helping attract top Penn State talent to Marriott’s early career programs.Beyond the hospitality industry, I’m deeply committed to community engagement and continuously seek opportunities to grow, contribute, and add value to the teams I join. My goal is to build a career where service, innovation, and human connection intersect to create lasting impact.On campus I am heavily involved in Penn State THON, Alpha Delta Pi and Meetings and Events club. I’m honored to hold multiple leadership positions which have allowed me to grow in many areas. I am currently servings as the Vice President of Operations of APDi, Treasurer of Meetings and Events club and Second In Command on my THON committee. Each role opens my eyes to new opportunities and new connections across Penn State!
