About Megan Kyle

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky, with plans to pursue licensure in Tennessee as well. I hold both a bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Western Kentucky University. I began my counseling career at FamilyWorks Therapy in Bowling Green, KY, where I interned during graduate school and was later hired as an independently contracted therapist. In 2019, I joined Hope Harbor, Inc, a nonprofit serving individuals affected by sexual trauma, where I deepened my trauma-informed approach and worked with clients navigating crisis, healing, and empowerment. Currently, I work at Lake Behavioral Health as a mental health counselor and targeted case manager. I provide traditional talk therapy, equine-assisted counseling, and support clients through Medicaid-based case management services. My clinical style is relational, down-to-earth, and focused on helping clients build safety, insight, and self-trust. In addition to my clinical work, I have a growing interest in somatic and sound-based healing practices and plan to pursue formal certification in sound work. I’m passionate about integrative care that honors the mind-body connection and creates space for authentic, embodied healing.
